 I
have been a practitioner and teacher of energy-based bodywork
for sixteen years. My training has included Biodynamic
Craniosacral Therapy, Polarity
Therapy, Prenatal and Birth Dynamics, massage therapy,
and organizational leadership and group dynamics. Building
on my diverse background and natural intuition, I developed
my successful energy-based bodywork practice. I have facilitated
numerous trainings in Polarity Therapy, Biodynamic Craniosacral
Therapy, Shock and
Trauma resolution and Prenatal and Birth Dynamics in
the United States and Europe.
I have also served my profession as a founding board member
of the Craniosacral
Therapy Association of North America, and as Vice President
of the American
Polarity Therapy Association.
